"Dont try to live here if you have any thing bad from your past like misdemeanors from 30 years ago .. Thes people are wack. They judge you from miatakes tou made when we all make them.. Its just a damn apartment ..No wonder they only have 3 stars.. I have a business and its always 4 1/2☆"

"If you're looking to rent here there is an asbestos and led paint warning you have to sign in your lease this information is conveniently left out when inquiring about the apartment. As well if you put down a deposit be prepared to lose it, we were advised if we did not move into the apartment it would be returned, Spoke with the assistant manager and was told because the apartment was held "for a set amount of time" (but could not give an actual time frame) the deposit would not be returned. Then she said since the application was approved the deposit could not be returned, and finally she said it was on the application (turned in paper applications so I cannot confirm) hope this helps anyone apartment hunting (:"

"A family member recently moved into this apt complex & she is very happy so far!!! The staff is very friendly, bilingual, and quite helpful, except for one lady by the name of Brenda, she provided information about the apartment complex she works for that wasn't quite accurate. I guess business has been slow but I don't understand why. Great pool area and we love that throughout the Apt complex there are grills built into the area, alot of trees and grass seem to make this a pretty spectacular, family oriented place to call home."

"**editing to add- moved out today and felt heavy hearted, however Miss Brenda could not have made this an easier process. I'm so glad we lived her the last 2 years!! We've been here for 2 years, our living experience is coming an end here, and I feel this is a very fair review- We have had a 3bedroom/2bathroom. Pros- Quiet community, very safe feeling. Great Maintence staff- professional and friendly. Get work orders done always within 24 hours. Pools and laundry facilities are well-kept/clean. Park area is nice for the kids. Landscaping is always kept nicely. Location is perfect for shopping and eating convenience. Cons- Countertops/cabinets and appliances could be updated. (At least for our unit.) Front office has their days, don't always feel excited or comfortable to speak to them, but nice when they want to be. Fresh paint would be an excellent improvement. You can easily tell where things just get painted over/covered up. (Again- for the unit we have.)"

"I am only giving an extra star for maintenance. Maintenance was wonderful and kind. Front office staff is a different story. One girl in particular shows no sympathy and no courtesy and is very unprofessional. The grounds are not maintained well enough and the apartments themselves are not to a standard for them to behave the way they do. I was fine to pay the fees to break my lease but the issue came when trying to make a payment for the final rent and a late fee miraculously appeared after I had tried to make the payment and it got rejected. Front office stated they had no record when I had email proof and then stated that the late fees are applied after 3 days and its in my contract. They have had no issues with collecting my rent for over 2 years and they couldn't bother to extend any courtesy after I paid over 3,000 to break their lease due to a family emergency."
