"I leave my apartment on november 23 and still waiting for my deposit they call the corporative and they lie to me saying they lost it or can not do anything about or never answer phone or emails and never send my deposit Ericka the manager keep telling me is on the corparative office . on texas law you have 30 days to return the deposit is been all most 3 months I will do all things posible to recover my deposit because is my money and they can not keep it because they want too is the law to return my deposit after 30 days they need some efficient people that can do a simple follow up process."

"For the 6 months I was their was the worse we didn’t have no air for thoes 6 months of hot weather!! Pool was always getting close Laundry mats are always dirty Kari is rude I moved out on sept 2023 and still don’t have my deposit . They said they’re gonna talk to corporate but still haven’t gotten anything I left my apt in good condition my rent was always on time . And still waiting on a call back I call them every day to see what’s happening and no answers wen they answer all I get with response that their gonna call corporate and never get the call or email back NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY LIVING HERE.!!"

"I had lived here for almost a year and could not take it anymore and had to break my lease due to one word: ROACHES. I have made multiple attempts regarding this and the manager, blonde lady, Cari which is very unprofessional and provided multiple excuses. I MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE."

"Im not even going to but a star because it’s not even worth it . I recently had the misfortune of residing in a rundown apartment complex plagued by unprofessional customer service, frequent water shutdowns, malfunctioning heaters, and non-functional air conditioning. My experience left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant living environment. First and foremost, the customer service exhibited by the staff was abysmal. Especially the blonde lady I believe her name is Karie. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that the management lacked the necessary professionalism and dedication to meet the basic needs and expectations of their tenants. The staff consistently displayed a dismissive attitude towards tenants' concerns, showing little interest in resolving issues promptly or effectively. Their unresponsiveness and apathy towards legitimate complaints left me feeling unheard and unvalued as a resident. Furthermore, the frequent water shutdowns were a major inconvenience and a significant disruption to daily life. It is simply unacceptable for an apartment complex to repeatedly cut off water supply without any prior notice or explanation. Residents were left scrambling to find alternative arrangements for bathing, cooking, and other essential tasks. This lack of basic amenities is not only inconvenient but also demonstrates a clear disregard for the well-being and comfort of the tenants. Adding to the discomfort, the heaters consistently failed to provide adequate warmth, even during the coldest temperatures. This left me enduring freezing conditions within my own home, making it impossible to find respite from the bitter cold. It is the responsibility of the management to ensure that all essential utilities, such as heating, are functioning properly to provide a habitable living environment. The neglectful attitude towards this issue was both frustrating and unacceptable. To compound the problems, the air conditioning systems were consistently unreliable. During the sweltering summer months, the malfunctioning air conditioning left residents without any relief from the stifling heat. This lack of proper climate control made the apartments incredibly uncomfortable and virtually uninhabitable. My wife was pregnant and my two son got sick with the apartment reaching as has as 101 degrees and I have proof. It is disappointing that the management failed to prioritize the comfort and well-being of their tenants. Lastly, the overall condition of the apartments themselves was rundown and neglected. Maintenance issues were frequently overlooked, leaving the interiors in a state of disrepair. The lack of care and upkeep was evident in the worn-out fixtures, peeling paint, and dilapidated common areas. It became increasingly clear that the management had little regard for the physical state of the apartments or the comfort of those residing within them. My experience with this apartment complex was nothing short"

"I liked living there, they have patios, they have a pool, and most of the stuff is friendly (except for the blond lady at the office). I feel like rent is too much since the apartments are kinda small (I had a one bedroom), a lot of the washers don't work I would always end up going to a laundry mat place. Sometimes maintenance takes too long to go and fix the problem, or they might fix it temporarily but not for good. The AC stops working like once a week and heat it's just a lot, more than 100° everyday."
