"I've lived here for a few years and this is the best apartment complex I've had the pleasure of renting. The price is outstanding, the staff are friendly and attentive to any issues (for example I was having issues with my mail getting sent and the office staff went out of their way to speak to the mail person and I haven't had any issues since) the apartments themselves are nice on the inside and modern. The best thing about these apartments are the maintenance team. They truly go above and beyond for everyone that I know of and actually tend the any issues that we have within the appropriate time frame. I've seen the maintenance team work until well into the night to tend to a water leak with no issues immediately after notifying them. What really made me go out of my way to write this review was today. The city was doing work on the main line and shut off water for the entire area and this maintenance team went out with the city staff and remained there I'm assuming to assist until we got water back on for the complex. I am highly impressed. I highly recommend these apartments."

"I moved here about 6 years ago to El Paso to help with my grandchildren I finally decided to get an apartment and I couldn't be happier that I stumbled across these apartments from the two ladies in the office they couldn't have made it any simpler I was stressed out going through a lot I'm going to school full-time for a paralegal criminal I would highly recommend this place to anybody is a very safe nice community quiet maintenance is excellent and again the two ladies in the office have been absolutely"

"The bad reviews aren't it, I've lived here for a while and it has been amazing, getting things fixed has always been fast and they helped me with financial difficulties. I don't really go to the pool or anything but when I did go to the pool it was fun. It has a nice laundry room, which isn't even expensive and it's in a good location near all the stores. ( I will update my review one day )"

"2 weeks nothing has been done. front office never answer their phone. update: It's been a month and still nothing has been done and manager still won't answer my calls. if you're reading this trying to decide if you want to live here. Don't. once you sign the contract they don't care and won't help you. update: It's been 2 months now with no resolution."

"It was a bit rocky at first, since I was trying for a late April, early May move starting back in February. COVID-19 hit them as hard as the rest of us. Usually working through the portal or e-mail is the most effective way to work with the property management team. Upon move in, I was delighted with the apartment – simple, cozy, but with enough room for a single person to live reasonably. Any issues I’ve had so far, Mariana is quick to address and including very proactive property standards in regards to cleanliness and appearance. Her manner is direct, courteous, and professional (over the phone, in e-mail, or in person.) I had a few interactions with Cruz from maintenance, and he’s also a straight shooter and knowledgeable about the property and maintenance in general. I’ve only have been a resident for a little over a week now, so nothing negative to really say. Overall very positive experience so far."
