They also enjoy threatening you with eviction as well! Please seek another complex to rent at."

"If i was able to give 0 stars i would . This place always has water outages that could take from 1-3 hrs. If they notified me it was either couple minutes before water outage and sometimes they would not even notify me at all (to remind most of the time it was a planned outage)This place is infested with roaches. The apartment smelled bad ,not for lack of cleaning but because pluming there is horrible.the reason the place smelled was because there was an underground flooding.once i noticed the water on the floor i called and yes they are quick to send someone over to “fix it “ but the contractors that they would hire where either under qualified or just lazy . They ripped the tile of the floor made a big whole thru the cement, that whole was in the middle of my bathroom for 2 weeks i called again they put tile back (pictures below show how they “finished and fixed the bathroom )my bathroom remained like this till the end of my lease . Once i turned in keys there was a small stain on the fridge that i had forgot to clean, a stain that could of been removed easily by soap water and a sponge. They told me they would charge me 175 $ for deep cleaning of the fridge. When i asked lady why 175 for 1 stain that could be removed by a sponge. Once i asked that question she became rude and unprofessional due to not having an answer. Another charge for carpet cleaning 125$ . When the carpet was dirty when i got the place .avoid this place at all cost you will regret waisting your money here"

"I just rented an apartment here and so far I am pretty happy with it, Jessica really helped me to get an apartment quick as needed before my rental drop off, she is very friendly and professional, everyone around is very nice and the facility is very clean. They have rules you gotta follow but personally I love it because they keep the community bug free and comfortable, they give maintenance to the whole apt complex including pools and green areas I believe every week and you can definitely tell! Overall it’s a good place to live, they also don’t have breed restrictions for your pets (most of apts do), as long as its not aggressive :)"

"Very friendly management and they were helpful and timely with getting me set for my first apartment. Jessica has been a great help and I really enjoy the look of the place so far! Everything looks well taken care of and the management seems to care about the tenants that are around."
