"I've never left a bad review, this is my first. I am just BEYOND frustrated and I've exhausted every last drop of patience in me. I currently live here and i wish i would've never moved in. Unfortunately, I signed a contract before knowing the ACs don't work, and apparently neither does the maintenance crew or matter of fact i was being told by the manager that there is no maintenance crew/man here. It takes MONTHS (literally) to get anything fixed. I was without hot water for 3 months before it was fixed. Right now my kids and i are living miserably because my ac is garbage and they won't do anything about it, they literally said to me, thats as good as its going to get even after i pointed out the fact that the pads were old and rotten. So far I've stayed in a hotel 6 nights this summer because the heat was unbearable, when i ask for reimbursements they say they will not because that was a decision i made on my own. Save yourself the headache and the stress of living here and keep looking."

"Rented from these apartments and i am frustrated of the fact that all they did was give me the runaround when asking for repairs and when they came it was fixed with cheap parts so guess what i kept having to call them again over the same issue also management was so rude everytime you pressured them and yeah my rent was always paid on time. Management never pick up the phone, to add it up i never received my deposit back either. (Heard of others getting their deposit a year later what a shame. They are very unprofessional. Bad thing about this is that they don't even deserve a single star."

"Rented at this apartment complex from 2019-2020.. It was an overall good experience and environment was great. But management was nothing but a hassle when i moved out. On the contract itself it said deposit would be given back at the end of the lease and my husband and I never recieved anything. Our apartment was left cleaned, undamaged and overall in great standing. All we got was the run around from the office manager and the property manager Elizabeth Espino. Super unprofessional how this property company Envolve handles things."
