"I lived there for close to 10 years. It is a very safe and quiet community. If something was not working and you submitted a work order it got done right away. People are very friendly and nice! And not to forget all utilities included and a discount on the internet. This place was my home for such a long time! ♥️"

"I lived in Cambria Apts for the past 5 yrs and recently moved into a residential home. The apartments are very attractive and well maintained and the pool and grounds are well kept. Brenda & Gilda in the office are most attentive to the needs of the residents. Raul in Maintenance is always courteous, respectful and responds promptly to make any repairs the residents may need although few are needed. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Great place for the price!!"
"I recently moved to Dallas, but my 2 years living at the Cambria Apartments was comfortable, with great staff service and awesome friendly neighbors. I was in a 2 bedroom unit with the small yard. Totally enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Cambria and with the utilities included life here was good."
"Living at Cambria Apartments is all I thought it would be. The ladies in the office are always there to answer any questions and do so with friendly, pleasant attitudes. Any maintenance problems are taken care of immediately, the grounds are clean and well maintained, so far my living experience here has been extremely pleasurable!!!"
