"First off I received my keys on a Friday came to inspect unit and there was several visible issues but I did not see as emergencies to get resolved. Saturday when I was initially moving into unit, I attempted to turn on the stove, there was a gas leak from the faulty stove that the technician from gas company even stated and deemed unsafe because he could tell it was pieces from other stoves and somewhat “Frankensteined” to the stove I currently have in the unit. I called the emergency maintenance number and received no response, untill Monday. The supervisor of maintenance came Monday morning and persistent on getting the stove to work, leaving the gas line on during time of maintenance causing too much carbon monoxide to fill in the apt and I got poisoning. The tech stated the water heater vent was faulty and loose and stated that was a huge safety concern and refused to turn on the water heater. The Texas gas service tech stated the apt unit was not up to code and gave me copies of two forms deeming the unit unlivable and unsafe for myself and my toddler, the complex did not respond all weekend, claiming to have an emergency maintenance line that no one ever responds and mailbox is FULL. Second issue the shower, first the faucet flew off like a water missile whenever the water was turned on, then a younger guy came to just tighten a screw from under the faucet only then leading up to a pipe bursting within the unit and causing a GIANT hole to form in the towel closet creating a MASSIVE water leak damaging personal items. By Wednesday is when they stopped by to fix the shower wall leak, later Wednesday evening my kitchen sick started to leak water. I was told to place a bucket under the sink and they’ll get to it. It’s been about a week and still nothing has been done to reapaor a hole in the wall or the leaking sink. Now one of the bedrooms has no electricity flowing through it, the bathroom light fixtures and vent stopped having electricity and the laundry area as well. Once again all weekend I haven’t received a single response from “emergency maintenance”. Drawers in the kitchen were loose and crooked and I told property manager and showed her videos and pictures of them and told her they look like they were going to break off, and she stated they would put the work order in. One of the drawers have already came off and there are screws sticking out which is DANGEROUS for my two year old that I’ve placed a baby gate to prevent him from going into that area of the unit. No response from maintenance on why they believed they had the unit suitable living conditions. I do fully believe that the complex should compensate for personal property damages, and for all the safety concerns. Especially with me paying over $1400 in move in costs and the unit not even be in livable conditions. DONT LIVE HERE. Unless your an electrician and have done residential construction and maintenance. Seems like the neighbors even said they gave up trying to reach out to maintenance or property management and started using their own ways to get issues resolved. There is no staff in office on complex. The apartments are managed from another property. Other tenants try to make light of the situation and saying this is the “forgotten” property. I’ve lived in some pretty questionable places but none have ever been this bad. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"The place is absolutely terrible. Don't expect anything to work on the first day or for maintenance to ever come and fix anything. My air conditioner has yet to work for a week now and nothing has been done in this triple-digit heat. Live somewhere else."
