"The location is great. BUT the apartments are over priced. The staff can be rude if your not a favorite. When you work with or around people you need to be respectful weather you like the person or not, it comes with the job. Good luck getting anything replaced. The AC don't work. The pool didn't run all summer The roofs are falling. It's up to maintance if they decide to fix your stuff. There are bugs. There is no balcony like it says, It's a walk way. The walls are brick and retain heat and can't hang anything up. Maintenance is disrespectful towards tendents. Which never got replaced. When rent is payed on time or payed at all, items should be replaced or fixed without argument. Never rent there they dont care abou anythin"

I was visiting there one of the times and witnessed the Maintenance arguing with tendent about a fixture. Which never got replaced. When rent is payed on time or payed at all, items should be replaced or fixed without argument. Staff is very nice to get you in and started but good luck after moving in. I was here for a week in TX and stayed at this location for 2 days and witnessed it all. Anyways I wouldn't rent here. The cons over run the pros. If you do stay here, good luck I hope you get a good working apt."

"This complex is very run down. Maintenance rigided our shower and their is no cold water. The air conditioner does not cool the dumpster is always over filled. The washers are always broken there is a bed bug infestation and they won't open the pool and the kids park is full of animal fecies. The outside lights are always out you complain to the new manager and she doesn't care. They loose your rent and take forever to fix things. If I could move out now I would good luck moving here. Oh by the way the remodeled apartments are only painted over there is black mold in the restroom and under the sinks."

"We’re moving back from Colorado. This complex was one of the first ones we visited. Eva was super helpful with showing us 2 models for a two bedroom apartment. Super simple to apply and the features and amenities are great for the price. Thank you Eva."

"They are sucks was yesterday did off A/C without we not know when is and it's not even yet cold outside. After I was have hard time to sleep las night all sweaty ugh. And the pool still they are open I didn't like it that they cost for each 15 bucks. I had experience with another apt is free pool. Well one more year then I done to move. But there's a lot people friendly and the office too."
