"I moved out of these apts,,( Sandoval), on July 29, 2022,, and I have not received my security deposit yet,,the Manager ( Araceli) told me that she can't do anything for me,, that she did all the the paperwork,,she gave me her boss number to call her to see if she can help get my security deposit,,her name is Mireya Ricarte,, she's based at the Sherman apts,,I've left 14 mssgs and called 21 times,,and I have not received a response from her,,makes me wonder who's running who at Sandoval offices ,no one wants to help me,, everyone deserves there security deposit back"

"I absolutly love it here! I love how they remodeled the place interior. Although the rating is low When Signing up for the contract they will let you know and they will check criminal background. And they will inform you about your the rights you have as a resident. Once I heard this MI me feel a lot safe to be here. The interior of the appointment is beautiful! Imitation wooden floor, white painted wall, making the apartment look spacious and it has a lot of storage. If your wondering about the AC and zHeatwr they work just perfect. Its just a big difference thank what I remember when I would visit my friends here"
