West Park Apartments

"Disgusting apartment complex with a lying, and scamming landlord named Lily. She lies about what amenities are available, lies about quarterly bug sprays, lies about payment history and is generally a very rude woman to deal with. If you are looking for moldy window A/C units (there is NO central heating or cooling), a roach infestation, appliances that do no work and a trash-filled pool that is right outside your front door, then this place is for you! By far the WORST renting experience my wife and I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS! She will respond to everyone’s reviews saying the same things such as: “you didn’t put in a work order or we would have completed maintenance within 3 days” or “we spray for bugs quarterly or more as needed”. THESE ARE ALL LIES! Notice the amount of people saying the SAME things about these apartments over many years time. Things have not and will change until Lily is held accountable for actions and the state of these disgusting apartments."

"Lived here a couple of years never had a problem with anyone or the landlord. They got maintenance on site that will take care of any problems you might have, very quite and safe place for kids to run around. The courtyards are kept clean and tidy. Rent is affordable and the location is so convenient, right off of Andrews Hwy next to rosas, whataburger, Burger King, and Wendy’s. Once again I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for good affordable living,"

"Tried to come tour a home. Talked with “lily”. Probably the most useless encounter I’ve ever had . Couldn’t tell me any information, really $550 for a room and only having to pay electric isn’t that bad so I thought it was already to good to be true, so when I went onto their website I saw EVERYONE complaining about how nasty it is and full of bugs , so when I requested that they spray my apartment down before the movie in she told me that it wouldn’t be the right fit! Like are you kidding me? Over a $15 jug of spray YOU SHOULD ALREADY BE SPRAYING DOWN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH!!! I told her good luck I’m reporting these and soon if it isn’t by me, she’ll find herself in court . (Look at photos for screenshots of conversation)"

"The worst apartment owner / manager I have ever had. I've reported to her a non-working toilet, leaking roof, broken ac, etc., and she's done nothing to fix or compensate me for fixing anything in my apartment. I suspect she knew about all the things broken in my apartment before I even moved in. I wouldn't live here again. I would probably better off living in a place that's probably $100 - $200 dollars extra, or even cheaper, a month! An RV would've probably been a better choice. Overall I am not happy living here and it all has to do with my apartment manager's unwillingness to address the maintenance issues in my apartment. Raising my rent didn't help either."
