"Walked in to print was waiting in the self checkout and the manager working in the print area said he could print for us. Sent him the email got it printed watched while he was extremely rude to everyone including the other employees on the mic. Gave us our items and the receipt with an extra $8 charge undisclosed to us. I asked why it wasn't disclosed there was an extra fee and continued with his nasty attitude to the other employee and Me. He's not even assigned to this location he is filling in and he is a nightmare to be around. Not sure why he is so bitter but not worth spending a penny here. What a waste of time. I should have stuck to office depot. Left my items so heading to office depot where I won't be treated rudely and they won't charge a fee without disclosing. They print right then and assist you. No extreme fee nor unwarranted attitude."

"I had the worst experience in this store today. Went in to have 4 sheets laminated. Was told it would ready in an hour and that they would call me when ready. Well it was too far from home to go and come back so I killed some time in the area. When the hour was up I decided to go into the store to see if it was ready. So imagine that, it was ready and I never got a call. This should not have taken an hour. The machine is in the store and they were not busy. On top of that we were charged extra for it to be done in an hour otherwise we were told it wouldn't be ready until 8pm. I will not be recommending this store to anyone."

"Wowwww this store had so many hidden gems!! I'm used to always hearing about "O max" or "O depot"(trying not to mention names here lol),so I never had the desire to really come into the store. WELL it's back to school time and my son needed bougie supplies this year LOL so I was on a serious hunt for 2 items left on the list. I needed some composition books which all parents know are hard to find in big box stores. I went inside while out working and BAM I found 4 of the 1 type of books my son needed! Also some clearance and on sale items! They saved the day! Just stop inside. I want to thank Josh my cashier who was a young man but had such good manners! Come inside and browse around randomly and see what treasures await!"

"Came in to buy an office chair and within 10 minutes it was loaded in my car and I was on my way! Great service. Wish I knew the lady's name who helped me. She easily could have sold me a more expensive chair, but she found what I wanted, brought it out, took it to the checkout, cashiered me out and took it to my car. Reasonably priced, sturdy and comfy. Very easy to assemble. Staples will be my go to for office furniture from now on."
