"A little of the world in one place. I encountered my childhood going through the isles. I made purchases of products I'd long forgotten about after being introduced to new foods. The prices were reasonable and walked out with a desire to cook what my mother and father did in my younger years. I also left the place with an introduction to new foods, new chips, wines, candy, and much more. I LOVE this place!!! It is my new favorite."

"The store was enjoyable, however, when it came to their Golden Unicorn scavenger hunt promo, big failure. We went in before the time designated @4 pm, however, the check box for that time was crossed out. When store persons were asked what happened,we were told that they ran the hunt early. When the duty manager, Hilda, was asked she changed her story a few times. First, she said they made an announcement in the morning. Then they made an announcement at 3, but we were in the store at that time no announcement was at that time. She changed the times they made the announcement and then backtracked. She said they changed the time on their own due to when they closed on Sundays. When my wife stated no signs were posted as to the changes, she said that corporate would have to approve it. But,yet the corporate issues signage they had in the store, had the times listed, but the store chose its own times to have the scavenger hunt. So, whichever corporate policy is, this store seems to have a unique take. We really enjoyed this location, been shopping here for a few years. But, Harris County has more than one store."

"This review is just for the happy returns (otherwise I LOVE this store): I had to wait about 20 minutes after checking out because there were other people waiting to be checked out. Manager then comes back to me and tries to get the tablet for the happy returns to work which wouldn’t load so basically my time was wasted for nothing. Poor customer care in this regard. Should have tried to check the tablet while I was checking out rather than making me wait afterward. Go somewhere else for happy returns (FedEx and Kohl’s usually don’t have issues and are fast)."

"The store is well kept up and organized, staff helpful and most knowledgeable about products. Prices can be a little steep (especially decor IMO) for some items but the free member card does give discounts otherwise! Loved the variety, though more would always be great."
