"Please stay FAR FAR AWAY. BOUGHT NEW SET OF FURNITURE AND MY LOVESEAT WAS BAD SINCE THEY DELIVERED IT. NOW ONLY EXCUSE THEY ARE GIVING ME IS THATS WHY I SHOULDVE BOUGHT EXTENDED WARRANTY. "STAY FAR AWAY (American First Financial is one of the most predatory financing companies to ever exist. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!) Also, my sales representative, Mohammad, lied to me about my financing options. He assured me that at any time within the return period of the product that I could return the product if I choose to do so. I decided I didn't want the product and returned it the day after my purchase. I was met with more lies telling me that the product could not be returned due to it being a "floor model." I was NEVER told this and his MANAGER denied that he had told us that we could return the product. (She wasn't there!) Overall horrible experience. Would not recommend this company considering they lie to make a sale. It doesn't feel really good and frankly I won't be coming back here again!"

"Very bad experience in Conns home plus,, I bought a refrigerator last year, and they told me one year of not interest, I went on octubre 4 to see my balance was $1,531 I went on octubre 15 the total balance was $2,600 because the year had already passed ( they explained) , I paid $2,000 on Friday October 18 (to see if they can help me but not) then I call again to pay $631 the remains balance on October 23 and they charge me $651 finally I pay everything to have my account in $0. I decided to call today just to see if my balance was on $0 but not I still need to pay $7 of interest, they still Charge me $7 of interest every single day This is very frustrating."
