"Horrible customer service! I purchased a bedroom set that has flaws. My mirror has scratches. My bed has under boards showing my toddlers foot slipped through and scratched his leg. I told your corporate office this was a safety issue. One of my dresser drawers won’t close completely and customer service has given me the runaround. You guys haggle people to buy furniture and blow their phones up until they do. But when it comes to this there’s no response. The delivery guys even made a hole & scuffed my wall. The delivery guy told me not to report him and to have someone fix it and let him know the cost. Very unprofessional..I reported it & You guys sent someone out quickly to fix that. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with when it came to furniture. Completely disgusted with The customer service I have received! This has been an ongoing issue for about three weeks nothing is resolved."
"After speaking with Jose, the sales representative, and Pete, the manager, I was certain I had chosen the perfect destination. The professionalism and attentiveness exhibited by Jose, Pete, and their entire team made the entire experience seamless. They not only ensured my comfort but also instilled confidence in the decision I was making. Despite initially expressing my need for some time to contemplate, it took only 30 minutes after leaving to return to the store eagerly signing documents for my new bed and master bedroom set.
