"I am very happy and pleased with the personalized service that I received at Homeco Plus. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Lauren primarily helped me. She is very knowledgeable about the appliances, that Homeco Plus carries. I had tons of questions and went back and forth between features and finishes. I very much appreciate how Lauren took the time to go over the different options offered. She was very patient, kind and did not try to rush me. She also doubled checked for any pricing adjustments before my transaction was made and to my surprise was able to save me money by applying the special holiday offer pricing that the manufacturer was offering. My husband and I ended up purchasing the ZLine autograph series package In champagne gold. The delivery took about a week and a half and everything arrived in perfect condition. Lauren kept me posted on the shipping and provided me with a tracking # and let me know of any delays that were expected. We are very pleased with the aesthetics of the appliances, they are absolutely gorgeous! We have not had them installed yet as our remodel does not begin until next week. I already had my contractor hired when I found Homeco Plus so I am not familiar with the home remodeling or other services they offer to make any comments regarding these services.
