"Deleting the 5* review. The employees are apparently no longer paid to offer customer service since they installed self checkout. I have learned not to bring cash to this location because employees will just direct you to self checkout even though it only accepts card. If you do manage to get them to a register, they will genuinely act like you had the audacity to inconvenience them and start rolling their eyes, sighing, and tossing your stuff around. Today I learned that the stuff on the top shelf is just decoration and not for sale... aka the girl didn't want to be bothered with getting it down. Screw this place."
"This location has definitely fallen off. They went from two cash registers, to one that always says they accepting cash only, and two self checkouts. It's like they're forcing you to cash yourself out. If I wanted a job at dollar general, I would have applied. It's always new workers there that doesn't has rapport with the community. I would have never thought this dollar general would have fallen like this boxes always somewhere on the floor, calling for someone to come to the front to help, it's like there's no effort at this store thus the reason their turnover is so horrible at this point"
