"In the 18 years I've lived here,they have replaced the beds,and gave me a brand new air-conditioning and heating system.they have put all new pipes in for the water,I enjoy staying here! Easy access to everything in Dallas,and rooms are clean,and it's quite,no one bothers you.i recommend this place highly."

"They have new management. Chad and Nancy no longer work there. They make up they're on rules which don't make any sense."

"It’s was dirty so I always take my on the go cleaning materials I took down the bathroom curtain and washed in the tub with hot water for about 5 minutes and than washed it with detergent for 10 minutes and floor was dirty towels were dirty and stained so I cleaned the bathroom brought my own sheets and washed them afterwards but no bugs no noise and there was some light in the parking area with cameras witch I think was good and no wifi"

"I've been here for six months. The manager Danny is super nice and he will treat you good. Great location as it's right by downtown Dallas. Lots of food places near it to eat. It's not a five star hotel but it's comfortable."

"The little fridge doesn't get cold. The AC unit is so noisy I keep a headache. The dresser has no knobs can't open cause of it. Has very little water pressure. The microwave that was in the room when I turned it on had sparks in it. And the price for a week went up for this terrible place!"
