"It was bad the guy there was so unprofessional after I checked in I went back to let him know that me and my wife had a service dog and that we had her registration number if he wanted it but he automatically got really mad and said ohh no no dogs on the property I will refund you you're money back give me the key card and I will give you you're money back so I asked him to let me speak to his manager and he refused to let me talk to him and he refused to go call him and wanted me out of the property. That was the worst check in experience ever. My wife wanted to report the place"

"The manager is one of the meanest and rudest people I've ever had contact with, he's the older man who is usually working and walking around the motel in the mornings and evenings. We have to check out just because he told me to put down my security cameras on the outside of my room door and I apparently wasn't quick enough. Even though I apologized several times, he still yelled and was very rude to me about it on this encounter."
