Not only did they not call me to tell me there was a problem and it wasn't going to happen but then they tried to tell me the reason was because it wasn't gold, it ws sterling silver. I had to take it to another shop which confirmed it was gold. Thanks, Castle, for ruining my day. You guys suck."

"I’ve never been to a jewelry pawn shop before. I decided to take my chances and visit this one to sell a ring set I’ve had (and really needed to part with finally). The store is so inviting and clean, they had it decorated so cute as well. Amy helped look at my ring set, and I was fine with the price as I just wanted it sold. It was very inviting in there, so if you feel intimidated by the stigma of a “typical pawn shop feel” then definitely check this place out because the women are so helpful and knowledgeable, and it didn’t feel overwhelming!
