"Went here on my business trip yo buy luggage not much of a variety available. My cashier was nice."
"Plenty of safe well lit parking! Close to gasoline and hotels. Very clean and well organized. Seasonal selections always out. Husband hates to see only minimal options for clothing. But I always find great deals. Made purchases from the skin care dept. And some snacks. Bedding and some woman’s clothing. Huge purse and bag area. Shoes. Kitchen wares. Decor and home goods. Plenty of cashiers and super friendly. Loved it!"
"Always find a bargain! Kitchen, pet, and hand pump soaps are my favorite. Clean store. Has nice bathrooms. But lines are very slow at check out."
"The manager is SO RUDE! Every time I've been there, she's been rude to me. I asked her a question, and she told me to go ask someone else, even when the store was severely understaffed and there were no workers on the floor to ask. She knew this when she told me. They won't process online returns for the original form of payment, only store credit; even if every item is new in packaging and you have the recept. She is very discriminatory and judgemental. Every other employee has been kind every single time to me. Just the manager is rude. But having horrible management makes the shopping experience overall bad. I feel bad for the employees, having to work under someone so toxic."
"I think I'm done with these stores. I used to always think they were a way for bigger retailers to shed inventory at a lower price but I'm less certain now. Last week I went in and found some American Crew Hair product, looking at the price I noticed it seemed a little high. I went on the American Crew website and it was the same price as the store, actually cheaper from Amazon etc and in those cases I know I'm getting a new sealed product that hasn't been handled. When I asked a cluster of 3 managers if they could reduce below the American Crew price they looked at me like I was insane even after they acknowledged that the price was the same as theirs. Honestly, many products in the store are like this now. Jeans saying 36 down from retail of 40, even though the original retailer still has the jean on a 10 percent off sale on their website for 36 with free shipping. Not to get political but it just feels like we (the consumers) are all letting the wool get pulled over our eyes by late stage capitalism. From now on I'm going to either buy it online to save money or buy from an actual local store and not a chain that doesn't actually fulfill their mission (i.e. TJMAXX, Marshalls)."
