"They need to spend some money and replace their awning over the door which also displays the name of the boutique The current awning is heavily faded and covered with the nastiest collection of bird droppings It makes me sick to look at the front of the store.The windows need cleaning as well totally takes away from the boutique experience Cleanliness is next to Godliness"

"Really would love to support shopping local but the unfortunately the manager demonstrates poor customer service. They have a return policy that probably intentionally disadvantages the customer. You only get store credit on a handwritten paper receipt that has to be used within 30 days, and they make no effort to keep track on that themselves. If you loose the piece of paper, that’s your own problem. They do not have a digital system. I had a unique situation yet the manager had no sympathy and even more or less implied I could be lying about the situation. I’ve shopped there several times and have no reason to lie. I WANT to use my store credit there because I like some of the products they carry. Being a local retailer means you also have to take care of your local customers."

"don’t try and return something. You’ll be treated like you used it and be talked to as if you don’t have the money to shop in there. I took my store credit. Purchased something that was more than my credit and I’ll never be back. I’m sorry I didn’t get to use what I bought but no use of keeping it. Maybe speaking to me with a smile and not that I inconvenience you would have been better. Oh yeah, it was a candle I return and she accused me of miss using it because it had this white stuff on it. As I was walking around figuring out what I wanted to buy the other candles had the white stuff as well. I mostly keep my shopping local but that is one place I’ll never return too."
