"I have to state that I always thought second hand or discounted stores were not worth going to; however, 'ol reliable has helped me out today. I was able to find a watch in a display case like old times. I think back to the 90's. I went to Target before going here today and it definitely is NOT the same as I was as a kid, growing up in CA. There are no display cases anymore and I think there was only one watch, hanging where wallets were in the mens' section. How crazy is that? Where are we in time where watches are few and far in between in stores? Well, I came here and I was able to locate not only watches, but one that was exactly what I was looking for, digital (shows the day, date, and time). I need this for my job because I need log the date and time on everything. Not only that I received another watch with it, an analog one. The brand names was Joe Caribbean (a really expensive brand apparently, priced at $120, but discounted to like $24!). Of course, the catch with these watches was that the analog needs a new battery and the digital watch had a button that fell off it in my car. Still works."
"Went in. Line was wrapped around almost to the shoes. I just wanted to buy a bottle of perfume in the counter. Rang the assistance button. Dude came up to tell me I had to wait in the line of 60-70, to see something in the case: I asked if he knew that he could have gotten me the item so I could get in the check out line, in the time it took him to inform me of his rule. He said sorry. The end. Ridiculous customer service:"
"Nice little department store with some great finds and some nice season specific items. Prices are comparable to other retailers of this type in the area. Some really nice finds but also some lower end brands that can be had elsewhere cheaper. What in the world is the stick thing on the cart? Major complaint was the wait to check out. One cashier and seven people in line when I started."
"Sadly, no one cares. They don’t care there is a long line with only one register open. Girl behind the counter is just folding closes, moving slow and finally opened her register. It’s almost like they want people to leave the line. No work ethic. The young man working today is friendly and trying but unfortunately he is the only one. Store is dirty, no friendly service what so ever."
