"It never ceases to amaze me how long it takes to collect a grocery pickup order from this store. NEVER AGAIN. This department is poorly run and staffed and something should be done about it. 35 minute wait after checking in 30 minutes in advance. 2 people working who could clearly care less about how long people are waiting. Slugs with feet is how slow they were. The best part was watching FIVE cars that arrived AFTER me get their items before I was assisted. If you KNOW it's a busy time, HAVE MORE PEOPLE WORKING."

"I don't understand what the purpose of having phones are if nobody at this location is going to answer them. The hours online say they open at 7am. I've been calling since 7:01am to speak with someone in automotive and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I even attempted to contact HR and customer service still to no avail. If this were any other business, they would be reprimanded for such unprofessional behavior. If your store hours say you open at 7am then you need to be ready to work by 7am. Completely unacceptable."

"Went to Walmart in Nicholasville to get a few things while there we are in the meat dept. I see spiral honey glazed hams with 3 separate signs all reading "rollback $3.87 ea" I grabbed 2 and continued shopping. When we get to check out the hams ring up $30 and some change so we holler for assistance. 2 employees come to help after explaining they have 80 hams in the bin no other product and the 3 signs saying $3.87 ea and showing them the spot with the hams they refused to honor the price. Said it was supposed to cost $3.87 / lb. But the tag on the hams said $2.47 / lb. But they wouldn't honor the tagged price either. We left hamless. Yeah I took a picture to prove it."

"Got my son's minecraft cake ordered at this location and were very pleased with the work they did. The cake tasted so good! We placed the order 2 days before our pick up. The lady idk who I spoke with was wonderful and helpful on the phone."
