"Another walmart that allows PETS into the store. Not to mention their policy on damaged goods. Was told that if more than one item is damaged, you only get 10% off ONE item."

"Did my weekly shopping, got a few extras, of course. I went through self checkout, which I hate to do, and, don't you know I double bill an item. I had to stop, have a worker come over, and, delete it. I hate that! I go to leave, a worker is madam , madam your slip, I waved it as I walked out. Damn it if I have to do the job of a cashier, as, well as , bag my own items, you had better trust your freaking machines to pickup any mistakes I may have made. I was not hired to be a cashier."

"Walmart is a dependable place to find what you're looking for. Long line and only one person staffing the customer service/return counter although the lines often move quickly. Self-checkout was efficient. Helpful staff will look up hard-to-find items."

"Picked up my curbside groceries at 4p 10 December 2023. The picker decided that a rotten bag of sweet potatoes leaking rotten juices was okay to sell. This bag has a completely mushed rotten sweet potato, so much juice in the grocery bag that it leaked out into my car. I did report to the manager and the team lead. My orders are usually okay, so it has to be the picker. Not very happy to have to clean the carpet in my vehicle being I just bought it a month ago. EDIT: 07 January 2024 - I order curbside, trusting these pickers with sweet potatoes once again, and they failed AGAIN. This time there were several mashed, rotten sweet potatoes (see second picture). At this point, I have to blame management for failure to train properly. I know they have two bins there with sweet potatoes! I also know it's better to cancel the item rather than give a customer rotten food!! Maybe I'll just go somewhere more trustworthy with better quality produce!! I tried to write a new review, but it's not allowing new reviews to be written, so I added it to this one! Emailing corporate with all of the information since I can't get anything accomplished with management and team leads."

"Walmart stole from me. They toke my pants and my money. I did 4 returns and got one on put back on my card and three gift cards all the gift cards worked but one so when I called it said it was not active. The next day I came back to get it activated and they told me it was so if it was active how come I can’t use it and it’s telling me that it’s not the hell. So they toke my money and my pants. I will never shop at Walmart again and I’m canceling my damn membership cause this is not how you treat your customers and very unprofessional. You told me that I had to leave the store or you would call the police but when you call the gift card it says it wasn’t activated."
