I told GDA I had found almost all beads but a few were missing. They carefully took my necklace and gave me a call with a price quote before amending it. When I picked it up, it was cleaned and strung well. I’m appreciative of their carefulness, knowledge, and transparency. "I brought a ring here that was multiple sizes smaller than what I wanted to be adjusted. Like a few other jewelers they said it was likely impossible due to compression of the diamonds. What they did differently was that instead of telling me that it was impossible they started giving me other options.
