"Do NOT come here. The staff are absolute creeps. The Indian lady who used to the be assistant manger is no longer because of her weird ways. She looks through windows and goes in rooms without permission and does it while you’re not there. Service is bad. It’s only one person who does her job correctly. First night my boyfriend and I got here, a huge hole in the wall, sheets weren’t changed, old shower pipe the floor and one against the wall in the bathroom. ROACHES everywhere. No I was not expecting luxury, but it could have been a little better to at least show they do their jobs correctly."

"Booked this hotel for 2 nights beginning of October to go to the State Fair. Overall one of the cheaper options for hotels but honestly was very accommodating. Hotel also functions as a "Motel" for many guests, there is a small grocery store inside the main office that sells a variety of cash only, ready to eat refrigerated snacks/ frozen/canned food if you need it in a pinch, front desk woman was very nice although we reserved a 2 queen bed room, we were upgraded to the King Suite at no additional charge. Room had an odd layout, but was very comfortable, 2 "Rooms" a pull out sofa, mini fridge, microwave, jacuzzi, plenty of outlets, and a comfy bed. Room was very clean and was very quiet both nights we were there. Parking was abundant and we were able to park directly outside our room door. Would stay here again. VERY good option for the price."

"It would have been nice to say on some good customer service this is a nice place. But Loud early morning maintenance or construction. Trash is piled up everywhere, and smells so get roaches coming in from outside. Home phone problems, and signs with areas to pick up after pet dogs Staff never tells those people nothing and adds to the smell. And, some pets they see got no leashes running around never say nothing to them. Guess customer service is not that great."
