"Jay at the front desk was great and we thank her for all her help and assistance other than that. Horrible place,don’t go! Yelling,screaming,fights. Hallway smells like animals. Drug use,horrible crowd great location. Corporate has been contacted."

"Place is a dump. Old TVs and appliances. Plumbing is noisy and the common areas smell bad. The grounds are typically trashed. Fire alarm going off for an hour at 2am on the reg. They Charge for parking in their home lot. They don’t do house keeping and make it hard to change your sheets. Kitchens are missing basic things like can openers. The front desk isn’t friendly and are waiting and lurking to add a charge for something. The tv has 15 channels. If this sounds good then they have rooms"

"Yvonne is very inconsiderate I paid for room on booking app & she refused to give my room because my card she needed to charge didn’t have my name on it after explaining it’s temporary Til my card came in mail then the card that had a name on it she said she couldn’t expect because it’s chime I’ve never had such a bad experience here Til I met her . She suggested I should go across the street! Very poor customer service !"

"Let me start out by saying the staff was great,especially with what they’re working with I’m sure they deal with complaints all day long! we went there on a business trip. I booked five rooms for four days. Beware of Travelocity Picture’s not even close to what we received. I was completely embarrassed to put my staff in these accommodations.Not sure it was even in the same hotel that was pictured on Travelocity,check out the pictures for yourself. Nothing was clean neat, or updated. I don’t think corporate has put a penny in this hotel since the day it was built.. The floors were ripped, buckled and torn, the cupboards rotted and deteriorating the furniture falling apart. The walls were dingy, dirty and dated the appliances, and some of the rooms were literally yellow.! There was no room service whatsoever unless you stayed more than seven days, no clean sheets no clean towels no refills on the 4 cup coffee pot. No paper towels no toilet paper. Do I need to go on and on? I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was something that need to be said. Even the poor dead insects set on the floor for three days. Maybe they had to wait for the seven day period as well. Traveler beware there were many NICE hotels in the area, including a brand new Marriott being built next door. Don’t let the kitchenette fool you! We ended up eating out every meal despite renting a hotel with a kitchen!"
