"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff, particularly the lady at Starbucks in the lobby, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did they fail to answer calls, but upon inquiry at the reception, they brushed off concerns citing constant shift changes. This lack of responsiveness and hospitality is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking genuine service and courtesy. Not only did I encounter rude staff, but my room was flooded with water. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for assistance, no one answered. When I finally went to the reception, they promised help by 11:30, but by the time came back at 15:45, the water was still there, and no one had even attempted to address the issue. The lack of urgency and disregard for guest comfort is utterly unacceptable. This hotel's level of service is appalling, and I strongly advise against staying here."

"Spent 4 nights here for a recent seminar. The staff is amazing and very friendly. It is clear management cares about the biz and the guest experience is a priority. Great job to all and BTW the woman working at the Starbucks in the lobby is the nicest and funniest person in the place. Be sure to say hi to her and ask if she has found her match yet."

"The bed was very comfortable, the heat worked, the lobby was nicely decorated with Christmas things. I did not like how both the $5 Evian bottles in my room had the price tag turned away and out of sight. My room was dark and the shower felt cheap. This hotel is pretty ok if you need to stay in the area for work, because I did sleep well. Otherwise, it felt like a remodeled Courtyard."
