"Disappointed in a Hilton property. No complementary breakfast, no microwave or mini fridge in the room. Room was ok. Nothing special. Toilet made a bubbling nosie constantly. Had to call someone to get the heat working because it was a cold day. Would not recommend or go back."

"Great venue for a conference, clean rooms. A very loud sink at night, clean lobby, the catering team was great during all meals for the conference. The rooms are smallish for conferences but it served the purpose. The grand hall is a great size. We had no issues with key cards or staff. The Starbucks wasn't always open and it was run by one staff person."

"The hotel is inviting and the room looked clean. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly enough, but didn’t go out of their way to welcome or say hello. The digital room key that was marketed so heavily didn’t work. The room was clean, but the air smelled stale. The bed was very comfortable. There was a small hiccup with the shower amenities as there were two shampoos and one conditioner offered, but no soap."

"This was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. For starters, because my husband was a diamond member, we got many extra perks in our stay. We went over Thanksgiving, so we had dinner there. The dinner was the best green beans of all time, chicken, turkey, stuffing, and mashed sweet potato. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious, and our family looked forward to it every morning. The staff was very kind and offered us drinks while sitting in the lobby. There was also a free phone charging station. The charging station was just a small shelf with compartments for each phone, and you could leave your phone securely unattended for charging. Lastly, the lobby was layered and had multiple levels with beautiful furniture."

"I wish I could rate this hotel higher as it was one of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced. The staff like Allen, Jonny, Maritza, Julieta and Ashley went above and beyond to give the best customer service possible. They couldn’t have been more sweet and accommodating. The room was spacious comfortable and clean. Everyone on staff couldn’t have been more friendly. I’ll definitely be back in Dallas for business and will make sure I’m staying here again. I love the warm cookies at night too! Another nice touch from DoubleTree!"
