"I don’t want to leave this review!! This is the best hotel we have stayed in. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. The manger is above board in every way. The breakfast was good every morning and not just on the weekends. This SpringHill suites just upgraded to have a couple of 2 room suites. It was amazing. The space was perfect for my wife and I and our four little kids. The reason I don’t want to leave this review is I want to keep this a secret! But the hotel and management did such a perfect job that I had to leave one. Thank you for being helpful, even when my kids called down for cups! They treated us all with great respect and courtesy."

"Great service team from check in to food service. Room only got 4 stars due to lack of accessible plugs at the desk and bed. Should not have to crawl under a table to plug in a laptop."

"Great place near DFW and everyone working here is extremely nice and helpful. Came for 2 night biz trip then had flight canceled due to weather. They made very last minute accommodations very late at night to get me a place to stay and were so gracious the whole time. Pool is a nice plus as well as breakfast. Folks working the bar were fantastic. I would happily come back here."

"I have sensitive nose, the room smelled. I had to use a mask to sleep. Carpet needs changed(dirty). Cheaply furnished. Front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet personnel were very accommodating."
