"I’d like to give a shout-out to Tony Cruz, Joshua Sanchez, and above all Enrique Lopez. Enrique was put in a very tricky position when myself and 2 other guests arrived. The manager that was working unexpectedly quit and left nobody at the front desk to check us in. Enrique quickly got us checked in with the guidance of the hotel manager on the phone. He handled this situation very very professionally and stayed calm and collected the entire time. Huge huge props to him. Tony came in very quickly on his day off in an attempt to make this right and solve the issues along side Joshua. All three of you deserve a Pat on the back. Great job to all of you. Never lose that a drive to take initiative and problem solve."
"I hate giving this a 4.. rooms were clean, modern, and nice... good size too... bed was comfortable... but the paper thin walls and loud cleaning staff made for a very loud stay... we heard everything our neighbors did and it did not help that they let their kids scream and bang on the walls... Great location for Ft Bliss and Downtown"
"Place was very clean. Very nice! Love the body washes because they smell great which is the dove moisturizer and this time of the year when it's winter. Definitely a plus because my skin is dry definitely when I come back to San Antonio to visit family this will be the place I stop at for the night as long as the rates are reasonable"
"A mediocre experience. Only stayed for one night, door in adjacent room was slamming throughout the night, every 30 minutes or so. I have a suspicion there may have been a s*x worker working from that room (I have no proof, of course). The fire detector blinks in a strong white light (pic attached) - a very poor design decision considering the fact it is right above the bed. Staying in El Paso felt a little bit like Ciudad Juarez. Probably won’t come back."
"Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the hills behind it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast! Of course! Was delicious!"
