"Rooms are horrible asked for a smoke free room and the room lingered smoke, wires from ceiling, bathroom and carpets nasty horrible with stains found hair on pillow cases I mean just a horrible experience"
"Awful! Management never took care of the issues. Housekeeping failed to clean room. Never made the bed or changed sheets or throw trash or do anything but yet they would mark it as cleaned. The room had a broken bathroom towel rack never got fixed the 6 days we were there. We ended up leaving to another hotel much better than this one."

"They need to turn the not so warm shower water up to a comfortable level.... Luke warm is not my idea of a good hot shower.., especially in in an ice storm. I have to edit this..The fault lay with me not knowing exactly how to turn the valve far enough towards the hot. Staff came to my room and fixed it immediately. I am very satisfied with the staff, my stay and everything about the room..Highly recommend this motel."
