"Hey AD you were there to waste my time! If the company cared about your little 1 chair then they would have had a real sales person help you. The company make millions and can clearly do without your little 1 chair sale and TRUST ME remember I scheduled you and not one sales person jumped up at your 1 chair sale which is why you got the receptionist, just be grateful someone demoed the chairs to you!"
"Sara was kind and had the chairs ready for me to try out when I arrived. However, she didn't seem to take me seriously, didn't show me how to use the chairs, was late to respond, and quoted a number much higher than the price the manufacturer was selling the chairs for. Ended up buying directly from the manufacturer. Lost my business & $1,520."

If you can't call a retailer like this place and get your questions answered, WHY EVEN WASTE MORE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME ATTEMPTING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM? A place this clueless deserves to be swept under. OFFICE FURNITURE LIQUIDATIONS on Bandera near Huebner is a MUCH better option. "Office furniture delivered yesterday feels very cheap. Installers left with the furniture in an extremely wobbly state and had to be called back in for today. Person on-site installing, Anthony Medina, not easy to talk to and became quite short in his responses like he was put off by even being back to do the job correctly. Would NEVER purchase equipment from this location if this is the quality of furniture and employees."
