"Checked into Homewood Suites and what a great place! Staff is amazingly friendly....breakfast was awesome and staff seemed to know their regulars which is refreshing! Location is centrally located to all the Lubbock highlights, including Chuck E Cheese. The staff really goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction which is also a huge plus. Room sizes are perfect with tons of amenities, stylish upgrades and everything is clean. All needs are on site....gym, laundry, small store, free breakfast, so you really don't have to want for anything! We will definitely keep this property on the list when returning to Lubbock! "Rooms are dirty and need repair. We had to call and change rooms when we found hair all in the bed. There was trash in the floor, bathroom not clean, cabinet broken, dishes in dishwasher, smells terrible of weed, not worth $100 a night. Terribly disappointed and wish I would have spent my money somewhere else. Meant to be a romantic getaway for me and my husband."

"Good clean room, good free breakfast, good friendly employees. Digital key didn't work so going directly to my room on arrival (with luggage) meant schlepping back down to the lobby to get physical keys. Elevator is oddly located and frustratingly slow for a 4 story building. There's a Chuck E. Cheese next door but mercifully it couldn't be heard from the hotel."

"The staff at the property is fantastic. They are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for quick access to stores and restaurants. Also, a HUGE bonus: there is no fee for the washer and dryer. With that being said, the hotel needs a bit of TLC. The room was very spacious but a bit worn. The door does not fully close when entering and exiting the room. You have to make sure to push or pull it shut. So, if you get room 114, be mindful of this to ensure you are safe!! Overall, though, I enjoyed the stay!!"
