"front desk employee help was great and trying to do his best. This complaint is for the owners. If your hotel is so bad that it makes people feel unsafe why are you open? If you don’t have a way to fix all the issues like the elevator that doesn’t work. Close until you fix all the issues. You clearly don’t have enough people to work because the rooms are dirty , there is not enough clean towels because my room had no towels. I think this hotel should not be running at all. Too many things that need to be fixed in order for this place to be running. I also wasn’t told about an additional $25 charge"

"This is a 3 star hotel, very basic, no extra blankets or pillows. The bed is comfy but does not have blankets, only 1 sheet and 1 duvet that is thin. The 2 queen beds room only had 1 set of towels, which was dumb really because I reserved the room for 2 people. No shampoo or shower gel, so bring your own. No tissue paper or paper towels, nothing extra here. The breakfast is very minimal and basic, nothing great about it. It seems to be pre-packaged eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels. No yogurt at all. There are no gloves to wear when handling the serving utensils and there were some coughing kids touching everything. It's flu and covid season, no one wearing a mask. I would say the Motel 6 is about equivalent. This hotel is old. The smell of chlorine in the pool was very strong all the way to the elevator area. The pool is indoors, but small."

"I paid $65.00 plus $25 for a king size room with kitchen . The kitchen is a full size refrigerator and a kitchen sink. There’s also a small coffee pot. The breakfast was ok , they had biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles and cereal. The room was ok the one thing I really hated was “there’s no pets allowed”. I had already paid for the room and could not get a refund. I love my dog , Duke is extremely well behaved. Duke listens better then our kids. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends ."

"If I could leave a NEGATIVE rating I would. I accidentally booked this hotel in the wrong city & was told they will not refund me nor did they offer to change locations for booking. Absolutely the worst customer service and worst hotel ever. All I read were bed bugs anyway! Stay away people. Hopefully one day they get shut down. P.s happy customers come back, try making customers happy and you’ll get more stays.. horrible horrible hotel.. more like motel. I will be posting EVERYWHERE and telling everyone. Word of mouth!"
