"Very accommodating service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the attendant taking care of the breakfast was outstanding making sure the breakfast bar had fresh food. Will always stay here when I visit family in Lubbock."

"The people that work the front desk were very sweet and on top of their game. I decided to stay there while in town for a family thing and last time it was fairly decent. This time...let's say the remodel didn't add any charm. I'm not sure who said grey was the color scheme to go with, but they should rethink their career. This place got a landlord special a few years ago with sloppy paint, poor tile work and depressing walls. It did the job for my stay but it's not my first nor my fifth choice for future visits. Location, not bad. It's got access to everything within 3 to 20 mins. Beds, too soft, but they were clean. I checked. There was lots of space in the suite, and the pool and hottub didn't give me any bad vibes. Fitness room was nice, too. Breakfast could be better, but it will feed you."

"My sister and I stayed here 1 night for Christmas with family. The room was spacious and clean. No issue with me having my large dog with us (aside from another customer being scared of him from a distance). Major issue was the beds were HORRIBLE. So hard neither of us really slept. I woke up with a major headache & neck pain that I've had for over a week. We had stayed here another time and the beds were good so not sure why such a difference. I didn't have any interaction with any staff so I have no opinion on service."

"This hotel is roach infested and has bed bugs. We checked on a Monday, the moment we got into the room there was roaches crawling in the bed & on the desk that is in the room. We let the manager know, she insinuated that may be we brought the roaches. Even tho we had JUST checked in. We hadn’t slept in the bed, moved the covers or anything everything was still the way they had it. There was also roaches hanging out on the AC unit. I took my kids to have breakfast, there was a roach next to the juice machine ( so did we bring those down there???? ) the manager JESSICA got upset because we kept taking videos and bringing the bugs to their attention and she called to police on us to make us leave, she refused to give us a refund or rectify the situation. We paid for a full 5 days because we were waiting for our apartment to be done getting cleaned. My son was laying across the bed of a new room she put us in and roach came off the headboard and was crawling on him. We spoke with another guest that stated she had been staying here for a few days as well and had gotten a rash and some bites since her stay she said she was headed to the doctor to get checked for bed bugs. I have all the interactions and videos recorded of the manager and the bugs. We have several videos. They blamed us and took NO accountability. How are we and other guest having this same issues. And the other guest was on floor 2. We were staying on floor 4. The police let us know we can file a civil suit against them!"

"We had no idea what to expect, but what a jackpot we hit on this hotel. Nice Staff. Clean/spacious room with kitchen area and enjoyed a great breakfast (best sausage patties ever) and they had an endless "commercial" coffee machine with great taste! We had everything we needed, only had to look for the hair dryer hanging with the iron, but that was the only tiny hiccup we had. Definitely would stay there again and enjoyed our stay immensely! Easy on and off with nice parking area."
