"Bad customer service with all male receptionist who displayed interference to issues such as low water pressure and no wifi. I was on a work trip and could not work at the hotel. Will be staying somewhere else next time."

"Had a great experience here. Hotel property is close to loads of restaurants, coffee shops, the university - super convenient. Staff were very friendly, lobby was nice including working spaces and printers etc. The rooms themselves were slightly dated but honestly in really good shape, super clean, and spacious as well. Equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, tv, etc. Breakfast is provided in the morning with lots of variety in terms of food options hot and cold, as well as milk options for coffee cereal and oatmeal. Decent sized fitness center with cardio and weight options available. Indoor pool and some outdoor patio space. Overall really nice spot, highly recommend if in the area!"

"We stayed for TTU homecoming game. The location was perfect for the game. The staff made sure hotel guests had parking space. Room size was average and the cleanliness of the room was subpar. A used soap bar in the shower and some trash under the vanity was concerning. I think the busy weekend had staff with there hands full."

"The staff was excellent. They helped us with our trailer parking by setting up cones out front, so we had a place to park when we got back late. The staff was all smiles. What a great stay. Oh yeah, they knew we had to leave before breakfast started, so they set out some cereal and fruit for us to eat before we headed out to our next great adventure. Thank all of you at Hyatt! "Loved this hotel stay. Probably first hotel we have stayed that accommodated everything. It had a business nook, entertainment nook,breakfast bar, small bar, coffee bar and snack store. And everything else a hotel comes with. Found nothing wrong with this hotel. And when I left my 10yr old orthopedic pillow that I'm very attached to. All I had to do was make a phone call and they stored it till I came back which was a month later. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and understanding."
