"I have had decent experiences here before, but after Monday evening, I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go elsewhere. I arrived at 6:45pm, with the clinic closing at 8pm. They were fairly busy but were doing their best to see patients quickly. When I was called back, I explained that I was there for a suspected UTI. After the sample and vitals, I was seen by an NP named Julia. She said, "There is some blood in your urine, but half the population has that. And with no significant bacteria, I don't know what you expect me to treat." I explained that I was symptomatic for a UTI; I've had them in the past and know exactly how they feel. She said they'd send it off for culture; "but I don't see how there would be any bacteria 3 days from now if there isn't any now." She spent less than 5 minutes with me; at this point, it was 7:50pm and she seemed more interested in clearing all the exam rooms so she could close up. Had Julia listened to me and taken my concerns seriously, I would not have ended up in the ER at 5 am this morning with my left kidney inflamed to twice its size and passing blood clots. While waiting for my lab and CT results there, I received a notification from Baptist Health; my culture came back positive for a UTI. Ten minutes later, the ER doctor diagnosed me with a severe kidney infection that likely began as a UTI and made its way into my kidney. Thanks to Julia's incompetence and dismissal, I am now out $75 for the urgent care copay, another $350 for the ER copay, $50 for prescriptions, and whatever the bill ends up being for the CT, IV fluids and meds, and the labs at the ER. Her negligence has cost my family time, money, and unnecessary grief."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. Have always went here to get shots and such. Nice lady at the front desk. Well the lady I had today with short hair was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. I walk in and tell her I need a physical for school. She said we don’t do adults physicals. I ask her for a tb test she says they don’t do those. I say can I get a tetanus shot. She said they don’t do those. I ask her what do they do? And can I get a flu shot. She says yes. I then stand there for 15 minutes and the person behind me for a good 5 minutes then she says do you want the flu shot? I said I thought you have been signing me up this whole time? She says no I haven’t asked you any questions because you haven’t answered them? How can I answer questions that haven’t been asked? Not only make me stand there that long out of spite the older gentleman behind me also has to stand there. Awful. Go anywhere else."
