QDOBA Mexican Eats

"I came into Qdoba after work one day, work had me exhausted and in a bad mood. To say the Qdoba staff had my mood completely switched would be an understatement. The whole crew greeted me with a smile on their face and with great attitude. Not to mention the food is to DIE FOR. Keep up the great work Qdoba !!!"

"If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.@ 3:32 the door were locked. A worker opened a door and said you can come in the doors lock by there self as we watched her un lock them with scissor. The guy that made our food was so strung out he couldn't keep his eyes open. I had to ask if they had fresh food as EVERYTHING was dry and old.He said nope. I told him what we wanted on our bowls and he put a 1/4 of a spoon of rice beans and just the tip of the spoon with meet. I ask if he would please put more and he said it would be the price of 2 bowls. We got to the register he said something I didn't understand I ask him what he said and he just walked away. I paid took my receipt sat down and after we had 2 bites I took it back to the counter and ask them to keep the food and please refund my money some man said they don't do that and he's the manager. I left our food on the counter and we left. TERRIBLE PLACE...."

"I want to express how much this staff does amazing on lunch Sap and Mo are always smiling and getting you in and out, Keith always recommends different flavors you would never think to try — I have had bad experiences on the dinner shift which is why I now try and come before 4 because you get employees that care and are attentive before then. You can tell a change in the atmosphere ever since new management came in, it’s cleaner, food is better, service better etc. I was in today and there was a large family that was giving them a hard time it seemed racial in a way which if you have a problem with people that look a certain way then eat at home. The way the team handled it and got them thru I admire because I would have refused to serve them. I told them I would be leaving a review because it was absolutely disgusting how the family was treating them as if they aren’t people. I am a regular and I love coming in seeing this staff you guys are awesome, keep up the good work and I will keep coming back!"

"I had a late lunch last week and stopped in to grab something. Mo was at the counter and she served me with a smile the entire time. She has such a happy disposition and a warm inviting smile. My food was also absolutely delicious! I didn’t have to wait and was able to grab it and go. I will be back!"
