"New experience at New Albany IN today. Have shopped there for many years but today was very different. An employee in 4 different depts approached me to say hi & did I need any help? This has NEVER happened before. Finally I stopped a girl who had spoken to me previously to ask if there was a new store manager or new CS procedures in place....lol She answered no but they have been updated to work to ensure good CS for all shoppers..... Told her to report to management that it is working....KUDOS to that store & it's employees!! This is not happening at the Jeffersonville IN store....those employees wouldn't even move carts out of the way so we could look & shop in certain areas! BIG difference! WTG New Albany IN!"

"Store was in disarray. Had trouble moving around due to aisles being blocked. Checkouts no longer at both ends of store so had to go back to area I just came from to check out. Found men's sweatpants in 3 different areas. Not an inviting experience as in the past. Heard several complaints as I stood in line for a very long time. Didn't use self check out due to several coupons and needed to ask a question."
"I would have given it five stars but they have installed self checkout. So they can employ less people to give CEOs and stock holders the greater profit and then expect the customers to do the work!"
