"Received a cold pizza. Went back to Marcos changed my order instead of the manager charging me the difference I ended up purchasing a whole new pizza. Currently my refund from the cold pizza is pending? The new pizza isn’t completely baked. I am not happy with this experience at all. Now I’m stuck with a med deluxe pizza that I’m sure will be wasted. Soooo disappointed. I’m not interested in free pizza or anything I’m just most likely will not return."
"This is my girlfriends new favorite pizza. She said inside was cozy, guy at the counter on new years eve was super personable and nice. Pizza was fresh and so good we did not want to finish it in order to have left overs."
"I ordered a pizza on Christmas at 5 pm was told a 2 hour wait, I received a call at 7:41 pm was told there was another 2 hour delay. I leave to go get my pizza and call when I'm half way there they tell me they are closed and I never receive my pizza . I have family over for the holidays and 5 kids who waited 4 hours for this pizza. Merry Christmas! I'll never do business with this place again."
"I used to be a die-hard Marco's fan, but over the last several years the quality is so hit or miss that it feels like a gamble every time we order. Today's delivery was a new low and very disappointing. The pizza was just not good and the salad had a mystery blob that completely turned off my appetite. The only saving grace was the wings. It will be a while before I order again."
