"Online order was canceled by the store in December and never refunded. They gave me gift cards for their store, which only forces you to spend the money with them. No one can explain why this happened, nor do they have the ability to fix it. Was told that you should not make orders over a few items, and if you need a larger order, you should pay more and have it delivered in multiple orders so you will get them. Still never got my money back."

"Will no longer be using this store after hearing the customer service desk workers taking badly about a woman who came in wearing a house coat instead of a winter jacket. The comments they made were gross, judgmental & embarrassing (for them, obviously). Maybe that’s her only means of a coat at all. Maybe she lives in the poverty stricken apartment complex next door. Maybe she realized it’s WALMART & by no means an upper class store & getting fully dressed to cash a check seemed ridiculous. Absolutely despicable. You work at a WALMART - not gucci"

"I was interested in getting either hard case luggage or a hybrid, and I liked the modern options and the pricing at Walmart. I obtained assistance in the electronics center from a very nice gentleman. The walkways in Walmart are big enough to accommodate me and my blind came so I am very happy."

"I have to use a motorized scooter to do my shopping. Many things are way too high for me to reach. However I never fail to get help from other friendly shoppers when I need it and this day in particular from a wonderful associate named Charlene. 5-stars to Charlene!! In the not-so-good category, after much time and trouble I found the cat food on the shelves that was marked as unavailable on the pickup order. Apparently someone didn't want to look very hard."

"There are plenty of lanes, but if you aren't checking yourself out, forget getting out quickly. Unfortunately, I've been here 3 times today. It wasnt planned that way, but I've tested several different time frames. 9:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 7:45 PM. They haven't even had all the self check lanes open...about half were down for one reason or another! It's raining lightly. The carts have been wet all day. They could be quickly wiped off to make customers more comfortable. As soon as I finish with my moving, I'm going to start looking for smaller, maybe even locally owned stores. I would really prefer driving to more places, spending the extra gas money, and going through multiple checkouts than being forced to work for Walmart just so they can cut their employee costs. This place is a sad statement on the type of service we Americans will accept. It's possible that the reason we come isn't even the savings, it's always been that way and it's just what we're used to."
