"My sister and I went there this past Thursday through the drive through and it took us 45 minutes to get to the window to get our order. I'm not exaggerating. We asked the girl why 45 minutes to wait at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT and her response was there were a few people inside that had huge orders. I don't really believe that answer since there were very few cars in the lot. I feel like they were probably understaffed but don't know why she would have made up a different story."

"Slowest drive-thru I've ever been through. Food is still good but there will be a 20-minute wait, even if there is 1 car ahead of you. Be prepared."

"What is it about White Castle burgers that make you have to buy them when you travel to a place where they have them? Even though the service is terrible (they accidentally skipped our order, good thing we had the receipt) and the eating area is so grungy and low class, we'll probably still go when we're in town. We know we'll end up with stomach aches, but we just can't resist."

"after not getting a shake due to machine maintenance,the lady taking my order suggested a hot chocolate,which I said sounded good.As I waited for my order at the window I watched this lady take special care in making my hot cocoa..Thanks New Albany ,IN white castle lady....,is delicious."

"There was a raspy lady at the window & the microphone who was inappropriate, Kurt, irritated, & used timing to show irritation by not speaking when she was spoken to. I created a video if management wants it."
