"Terrible communication. They sent a message at 5pm on Friday saying my car won’t be ready today when until that point they said it would be ready by 4. No phone call. Just an email I can’t reply to. Tried to call them at 5 (they close at 5:30) and no answer and vm is full. Just a complete disregard for the customer. Stay away."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a repair shop. One of our vehicles has been at this shop for 5 weeks for hail damage and it is still not completed. No one seems to know what’s going on or when it will be completed. We’ve been given the run around when we ask. They’ve blamed our insurance company on delays, however, when I speak to them they have documentation that states they’ve been there on time every time they’ve asked. Lastly, because our insurance only covers rental cars for 30 days (like most insurances), I’ve had to use a ride share service to go to work for the last 1.5 weeks. It’s beyond frustrating and I’d advise anyone else to choose a different Caliber location."

"Excellent body shop. Had 2 vehicles fixed here and it’s the place to go in Austin. Turn around was faster than expected. As far as price, I shopped around and nowhere came close. Thanks for helping out. I’ll be a lifetime customer. UPDATE: They really went above and beyond by fixing my skid plate for FREE. Thank you guys, truly doing things the right way."

"Every time I need auto repairs, I know I can rely on Caliber Collision. I’ve been to one other location in Austin before (Ben White), and recently worked with Airport Boulevard – it was the same outstanding service, expertise, and respect that I’ve come to expect from Caliber. I came to pick up my car today and one of the techs mentioned in passing that they washed it twice because it got a little dusty after the first wash. Incredible.
