"The online request was easy. And it was even followed up with a phone call to inform me that the date and time of my request needed to be rescheduled. I did not mind. I was happy to find out that they provide service on Sundays and that fit with my schedule perfectly. They completed the tire rotation, alignment and oil change sooner than expected."

"I've taken my car to this Firestone a few times and I'm always happy even if a major repair is needed. They always charge less than I expect and they don't try to up sell me on anything. My only piece of advice is to drop your car off if possible vs. waiting as they get really busy. Making appointments has worked pretty well too. Catherine is very nice as are all their staff. I will keep going to them."

"I am always satisfied with Firestone located in Austin on W William Cannon. Del is a great guy, I can just arrive at his store to ask a question about my car and he always takes the time to look and answer my questions. I have gotten my oil changed there and purchased tires for my car there. I feel as though he is very honest in telling me what I need, he doesn't try to up sale me something I do not need. The lady in the front Catherine is also very nice and knowledgeable. She gets me in and out in a timely manner. She sets my appointments up for my next oil change and engine maintenance so that I do not forget. I would recommend this Firestone to all of my friends and family."

"They do good work.The only negative I had was the excessive cost for "installation". Road Hazard, Balancing, and Valve stems added almost $40/tire. I looked at a more expensive tire, and it would have been even more. But I could have gotten that tire from CostCo without as heavy a price. Installation should include valve stems and balancing. That's a given. I expect to pay for Road hazard, but I bought 4 tires and lifetime alignment."

"I went in for a state inspection and told the wait was going to be a "long time." I'm cool.. in no rush, I have work on my laptop ... was told I couldn't wait in the "waiting room", that's asinine, was told better to take your business elsewhere.. thank you for the advice... again, I wasn't in no rush... I know state inspections the location makes ZERO dollars.. I get it.. but as a customer of over 10 years of batteries, oil changes, new tires for all my 4 trucks... to tell me to take my business elsewhere.. well, y'all have always given me great advice.. so I'm taking y'alls advice and taking my business elsewhere."
