"Lied to me about having in-store credit after I made a purchase of wiper blades. The worker said that if I gave them my phone number I could use it to redeem my store credit before December 25, 2023. I asked if I had to do anything else and they said no, that I already had the store credit and I did not need to keep the receipt because I was in their system. When I showed up a few months later to get wiper blades for my other vehicle they said the credit was not in their system but I could get a $15 store credit if I paid full price for the new blades and sent in a rebate request. I told them that the worker said nothing about filling out a form and that I was good to go and had a store credit with them. I go to O'Reilly's only every few years and there is nothing I currently wanted from them except those wiper blades. Why in good conscious would I purchase more wiper blades from them after being mislead. Also, why would I buy from them when I can save $8 getting them at a different store."

"The assistant manager (can't think of his name) went far and beyond helping me finding all the right parts I was needing from other stores and even printed out a receipt that already had the exact part info listed so I had to do was show it to people at other locations.
