"Very poor customer service and no sense of ownership. A lot of time and energy loss for a $4 refund (for context, I spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars every year with AutoZone) because to begin with they do not do their job correctly (wrong part shipped, system not working, etc.). Of course, it ends up being your responsibility."

"I was gonna go to a mechanic and wait two days without my car for hundreds of dollars but I stopped here first. Immediately diagnosed the problem and sold me the part for $25. One YouTube video later the car runs great! Didn’t catch their names but it was a guy and girl working off Menchaca and Slaughter on 11/29/23 @ 7:30 PM. So happy with the service!"

"My battery wouldn’t start but after a jump I made it to this AutoZone on my way to work and Linda at checkout was super fast at finding me the battery that I needed, and Christina came out checked my battery and replaced it all and I was back on the road in like 15 minutes. Will definitely be back again if I ever need anything else for my car."

Service was on point they checked my return and make sure everything was there which I like., I hate buying products at a store finding out that it was returned and it not being the product that I wanted so great job on these guys for doing their job correctly I'll be back for sure"
