"Called to find out about replacing my dead battery and they told me that it was too difficult to replace the battery on 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. They didn't want to help, plain and simple. It is the easiest battery to replace. I just didn't have the right wrench. Once I did, it took me less than 5 minutes. What is crazy is I would have given them a tip to help me out."
