"Car has been in the shop for a month and a week. This is for minor rear bumper damage. Geico stated they have been misled the entire way. While I was told there would be a delay, the delay has now far exceeded the time frame I was given. I am dealing with Jerry who continues to make promises and fails to deliver. I am now having to pay out of pocket for a rental. This company could care less. Jerry ignores my text messages then responds later near closing time stating he “hopes to get it to a technician”. Keep in mind it’s been 5 weeks! Haven’t been able to provide even an estimate of repair time, again minor damage. I was promised yet again by Jerry today would be the absolute latest. I get a text late in the day stating he’s hoping for tomorrow. With an excuse about his phone. How is the acceptable? Of course they could care less I’m Having to pay for a rental car. Three weeks of telling me the car is going to a technician! The GM is more than welcome to call me about this issue. I’d love to discuss."

"Toyota collision center was great when it came to handling my car repairs after I was rear ended. Salvatore was incredibly helpful and fought for me when the insurance company didn’t want to pay to do the job correctly. He made sure the repair was done right, safe, and with proper parts and then assisted in making sure the insurance company paid in full when they threatened not to. I will only be taking my car here for any work needed"

"Great customer service and outstanding quality of work. Charles Reed runs this top-notch center. He and his whole team are friendly and customer-focused and go above and beyond. I took my RAV-4 in for body work on the rear of my car. I didn't have an appointment but Charles took the time to assess and give me a quote. The parts came in sooner than expected. Initial timeline was 2-3 days for the repairs. They completed the work in one day! My car looks brand new. Above and beyond: I was given a loaner at no charge, several scratches were touched up at no charge. When I picked up the car I noticed that it had been detailed inside and out and the tires polished - also they had topped off the gas in my car! They take pride in their service. "I could not be more thankful to Charles and his team at the AutoNation Collision Center! I had spoken with Jared, who is wonderful in his own right, at the AutoNation Service and Parts Center about the condition of my paint. I had received a letter from Toyota about a year before I went in for my routine oil change with Jared. I dismissed the letter at the time because my paint looked great…until it suddenly didn’t. It was pealing in many spots. Jared let me know that I should make an appointment with the AutoNation Collision Center to see if my pealing paint qualifies for Toyota Warranty paint work. I made an appointment with Charles at the Collision Center. He hooked me up with a nice, clean Toyota rental and magically and quickly made my Toyota look like brand new again! He even had my right front head light buffed out so it was safer to drive plus a few other nice finishing touches. The attention to detail and care was evident.
