"My experience was not great! I went in yesterday around 5pm and the young lady at the register had the WORST attitude. She litterly scuffed and rolled her eyes at bothe the customer in front of me. When it was my turn I came in to exchange a size for the same exact shoe that I got for Christmas and she told me I had to have the receipt or I would have to Pay. I explained that I called ahead they put the shoe on hold for me and never said I needed a receipt or I would have to pay the taxes? It was a Christmas gift and it's an even exchange! Same exact shoe different size! But ok !!! I've never herd of that happening ever, I've been in retail management for 13 years, if you can't check your attitude at the door, you shouldn't be the first face Customer see! I will not be going back!"

"I missed my change to do the survey but I really hope that the employees that helped me get some recognition! I was there on 3/25/23 and was looking for some new shoes that just dropped (the De Luxe Heel) , one employee told me that they wouldn’t have anything new like that which is fair with Katy mills being an outlet mall but another employee over heard me and asked what size I needed. Someone returned a pair earlier that day! It just so happened to be in my size and the color I wanted! Y’all were so kind to me even when I was overly excited over a pair of shoes. Thank you to everyone who worked that day!!"
